1. Agreement

By accessing reclaimlabs.com or purchasing Reclaim Labs products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase our products. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Age requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase Reclaim Labs products or use this site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to cancel orders where age cannot be verified.

3. Products and CBD

Reclaim Labs products contain hemp-derived CBD (cannabidiol). By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge:

  • Hemp-derived CBD products are legal under federal law in the United States when they contain less than 0.3% THC on a dry weight basis. It is your responsibility to verify compliance with your state and local laws before purchasing.
  • Our broad-spectrum products are formulated to be THC-free; our isolate products contain CBD isolate only. Third-party certificates of analysis (COAs) are available for all products.
  • CBD products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • You are responsible for consulting your healthcare provider before using CBD, particularly if you take prescription medications, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition.

4. No medical advice

The content on reclaimlabs.com — including research summaries, condition guides, and dosing information — is for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and does not constitute a doctor-patient relationship. Do not stop, start, or adjust any prescription medication based on content from this site. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

5. Orders and payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
  • Prices are in USD and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
  • Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments / Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
  • By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping

  • We ship within the United States. We do not ship to states where hemp-derived CBD products are restricted.
  • Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure CBD products are legal to receive at your shipping address.

7. Returns and refunds

  • We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on first-time purchases. If you are not satisfied, contact us at ron@reclaimlabs.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns must be pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
  • Opened products returned under the satisfaction guarantee will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Products damaged in transit: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we will replace or refund at our discretion.

8. Intellectual property

All content on reclaimlabs.com — including text, research summaries, page layouts, and brand elements — is owned by Reclaim Labs or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Brief quotation with attribution and a link back is permitted.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our products and site content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or site.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
  • We are not responsible for individual results from CBD use. Results vary based on individual body chemistry, dosing, and other factors.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or purchase of products after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
